Three versions of the same image. What do you reckon?

Thought so. Picasa doesn't work does it. Sorry 'bout that. :-/

Not sure it will work linked either... ;)

:p

I'm actually trying to get an image up. It always seems to be such a faff for me. I am convinced I'm missing something. I'll try the old way - loading it in to my TP gallery first.

Image tags are fine... ;)

Happy to remove if you wish Badger...

Ahh, there it is. Mind you, it's on your post. Hahahaha.

What I'm trying to ask is:

I've been fiddling about to try to come up with a process that I can use to make my wedding toggery a little different - if that is possible these days - and I am wondering what peops think of this.

I will try to post the original image if I can manage it.

:p

All I did was followed your link, right clicked on it and selected Copy Image Address into the image tag box and clicked OK...

HTH... ;)

BTB it's not a bad image but the hair across the face is a little spoiler imhgo... :D

Thanks for your image help there.

Interesting what you say about the hair. I actually have a similar image without the hair (although not quite able to get the same composition). However, I think I prefer the one with the hair across her face. It adds something I think. But I suspect that'll be one of those things that people will either like or not.

Hi for me i think ,
#1 is the best,
#2 2nd
#3 im not keen on.

1 for me as well, sorry but 3 just looks a bit like it's got a colour cast to me (I know it deliberate though) Wayne

I would have to agree the first is the better of the bunch. Also I might consider a crop too. Remove the brides arm and just leave flowers and subject.
Also is there supposed to be a black line down the side of each image?

One thing I would like to add on pp'ing wedding images is remember that what ever style you apply will be in the album forever. Try to make the pp'ing classic and timeless. They will show these images to thier grandchildren in years to come and whatever is currently in fashion this week most propbably will be out in less than 5 years time. As mush as I like a well processed image, with my wedding pp'ing I tend to stick a just a few styles. A black and white, a colour and a slightly funkier one but not OTT. Just subtle. Let your work be judged by it's quality not how much photoshop you can apply.
This is just my take on it others may disagree.

+1

Get rid of the arm completely.
