Ok help, whats the best route..... Wordpress, Clikpic or Zenfolio.

All i want is a gallary or 2 a few pages and thats all.

Any thoughts would be apprecieated

I've a site on zenfolio - generally a good experience once you've found the way round the menus

You can set up a free trial very quickly which will enable you to look at the back end.

Just built mine on Wordpress, found it a learning curve but with a little from here I think its all looking good now Thanks all but big thanks to 'cowasaki' aka Darren

I've tried most and seem to be settling on Wordpress at the moment. I went down the Zenfolio route with my personal website but found it a bit expensive and a bit restrictive in how you can set up your page if you want it to look a bit different to the rest of the Zenfolio sites out there. Very easy to use though and simple to get up and running.

I've now got two on Wordpress, animalphoto and mountainphoto each of which is set up slightly differently for the image galleries but I'm happy with the finished look. Where Wordpress loses out to Zenfolio in my opinion is if you wish to try and integrate a shopping cart for image sales.

It can seem a little daunting at first, but having set up a few sites now I can get a WP site up and running in just a couple of minutes. Loads of good tutorials out there. It's worth the effort IMHO .
