Hi All,
Whats the easiest and simplest way of creating an online gallery for my photographs? I can build a website easy enough but I want to be able to add images easily without having to rewrite the site everytime.
What are you guys using and whats your thoughts,
Thanks
Si.

i threw something together using Jalbum, while i work on something else in the background.

Dont know how suitable it would be for your needs, but its very nice and very easy to use and has an automatic shopping cart system built in.

Have a look at the link in my sig.

I use jalbum.... I have each album in its own folder, then add images as and when I take one I think good enough to add, and run jalbum again, uploading and over writing the old version. Its quick once you have it all set up as a project with all the settings you want, only needing to make sure its pointed at the correct folders that you want it running on. Jalbum is free and does a reasonably good job of shrinking, watermarking etc. Has loads of different themes, and can be tweaked in website building programs [expression, dreamweaver, and so on] if needs be.

I am sure there are plenty of options, such a using photium or zenfolio, this is just my personal favourite and quick way of doing it. ;)

i shall have a look at that this afternoon, thanks to you both and you have some great pics there Chillimonster
thanks
Si

Thats what i was going to say, but was too busy to type and eat (Supposed to be working), so thanks for rambling on and saving me from doing it ;)

Simpleviewer and Monoslideshow are both worth a look as well. My site uses Monoslideshow and I love it. Very adaptable and easy to use. :)
