Yes
So i've spent hundreds of hours probably doing this site, it's nearly there but there's a few things that need doing, thought I'd give you all an early glimpse. Some of you might have seen it before as i had it up for a week or two during a host change.

Nearly there now

+ Should now be multi browser compliant

- Just the contact form page to sort out

I like it easy on the eyes, I hate sites that try to show too much or overload your eyes.

Two things that imo I think you need to sort:
IE/FF sorted as that'll be 95% of what your visitors will be using.
a move next with the images.

What did you create it in? I'm a PC web developer and just curious ;)

As for the mian/welcome page I find that a brief

"hi I'm a tog that likes to show off his prints, please have a look round and leave me a comment/contact me if you want to query / have a question regading anything on this site"

Is all thats needed, a taster of what you do and have on offer (on the site) if you go into too much detail they are on another page before they get half way through.

Not had a proper chance to look yet but I did see that you'd put your contact down as Micheal instead of Michael (just in case you hadn't noticed )

Mtx? explain a little further?

you mean once you click the image on the individual bit and it takes you to the origional source image at 800px ish size?

thanks for all the comments - i hadn't noticed the error in my contact email - my bad :p

i'll put my grey text a hex darker, add in a decent main entry page and work on something i have an idea for the full size image

I'd like to see a full size image when clicking on the thumbs, rather than having to click again and just getting a white page with the image on.

Other than that, 'A'

lol - funnily enough i spotted that yesterday when i was editing that - the content for that page is a cut and paste from previous page, so i must have edited it slightly without thinking - very good site tho - always good for a bit of inspiration.

Nearly ready for release - just got the contact form page to sort out.

Any more Comments or suggestions?

I like the layout, clean and easy on the eye. Graphically quite good and so on...the thing I found irritating after a while, was the links popping out from the left.. its just my own preference but I would prefer them to be fixed, not jumping in and out.... but I am a bit funny like that... otherwise, great effort Michael, really like it

:agree:

Those of you using internet explorer will see all the bars out as IE doesn't support the CSS hover function. I can put them all out but quite like them - is it really really annoying?

Not when you explore the site for the first time, but when you start clicking around, then it gets somewhat annoying.

And IE supports :hover, but only for links (<a...></a> to make sure we're thinking about the same thing).

In xhtml 2.0, this will be obsolete, as one will be able to make links almost of anything and insert images nearly everywhere.

The xhtml 5 that's getting ready still keeps it, I think.
