Web hosts - any recommendations?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas on decent web hosts. I want to run command line php via crons and I'm currently with 1&1 who's servers don't support it, and their technical support is rubbish. In fact that's being generous. They are UTTER rubbish.
Anyway, I'm going to change, but I'm not at all sure who to.

Any ideas?
 
I use Hostpapa.co.uk, I think you can telnet them, might be limited by the number of cron jobs you can run though cant remember. Also not sure if you have to go for the more expensive virtual box rather than just the web package.
Unlimited storage and bandwidth too, also powered by renewable energy. I think they are a Canadian company even with the .co.uk
