Haha, some of those are great :lol:

I remember when I first got the internet in like ... 1998? And www.thewhitehouse.com was a porn site. They must have closed them down and made it a blank URL :lol: Can you imagine how many American kids tried to explain that one to their parents? They were perfectly innocent!

made me chukle

Joe T's got it, I don't think any of those are actually genuine, certainly the powergenitalia one is not, be nice if they were though..

Interestingly I think I may know the true origin of the penisland one. About 5 years ago I was a techie for the online dating company uDate. When a new user joined up their password was automatically generated from 2 lists of completely normal words, joined together and sent in the welcome email.

One day we had a rather irate (yet understanding) lady contact support to suggest that we might like to change her password. She found it funny in the end, once it was explained that we were above board and that she wasn't being signed up for a site full of "members".

Still, everyone in the company found it incredibly funny and within days there were comments all over the internet regarding it.

It may of happened elsewhere I know, but I'm fairly sure we were the originators of that particular internet gag :D

:lol::lol:

Even if they are not true!

:thumbs:
