Yes
I have had problems with the muscles down the back of my legs for most of this year, haven't been able to walk far without the muscles tightening up and so had to give up. After various exercises laid on by the NHS physio and cortisone injection in my knees my legs seem to be a little better and I was looking forward to getting out and about with the camera. Now look at the weather. OMG.

Cold gets into your bones when you're older Graham! :D

Not that cold down here and wet is easy to dress up against! So's cold, really but then overheating can be a problem.

Do you have a coat? ;)
Yes I do have a coat or two, however when you get to 82, as gramps say's the cold and damp does get into your bones and my legs are bad enough as it is. Hope you don't get these problems if you reach 82 or you will see what I mean.

Had an X-ray last week on my right knee. I then had a phone call from my GP yesterday to say that I have osteo arthritis starting in that knee and so recommends an injection in that knee also. Strange thing is that after the injection 2 weeks ago in my left knee my right knee has been much better, so hoping the injection in my right knee will get rid of all the pains down the back of both legs, fingers crossed.
It just goes to show you never know whats on the cards for you, 62 years ago I was a semi professional racing cyclist and since then I played golf 3 times a week (my handicap being 7.2 when I was 72.

This weather is stupid! I got up at 6:30 and it was 16C, where I consider home in Spain it was 6C.
I want it to feel like winter. Being this warm in the UK in December just doesn't feel right.
