No, no, since the devolution debate and vote they have decided to be called Scotchmen as they [The Scotch people] felt that the earlier term "Scotsmen" was a sop to their colonial past.

Scotland keeping money to try to balance their books as they heavily over spend, no surprise there, it'll be the start, as several people said during the independence debate.

Tee-hee :) I used to do that in Rugby until a nice Traffic Warden [yes, there are some!] warned me that showing more than one was a breach of the law, may have been a local bye-law, I don't know.
 
Yep....Most enforcement "officers" will happily (and in most cases correctly) dole out a PCN for that :-)
