Remember that's an American Billion. Which is only 1 thousand million. And not the real billion which is a million million. (1000,000 million.)

So according to my calculator, everyone gets E.
Hmmm.
 
Even using the (now depreciated, and never used in the US) long scale billion, they'd still only get $4333.33 each. :(
