Heard great reports. We have to get one.Bought a fairly cheap air fryer the other day. Today I tried "roasting" a mix of veg - potato, sweet potato, courgette, broccoli and onion.
Best damn roast veg I ever had.
I too have been thinking about one, varying prices though, what do you call cheap if you don't mind saying ?Bought a fairly cheap air fryer the other day.
This is the one I got. Not the cheapest, cheapest but many are much, much more. This one is basic, no nonsense.I too have been thinking about one, varying prices though, what do you call cheap if you don't mind saying ?

Our air fryer is going to cost about £10k.This is the one I got. Not the cheapest, cheapest but many are much, much more. This one is basic, no nonsense.
Worth noting that someone told me not to get a small, "single person" one 'cause I'll wish it was bigger. They were dead right.
Thanks, that seems OK to meThis is the one I got. Not the cheapest, cheapest but many are much, much more. This one is basic, no nonsense.

Sounds familiar, new kitchen being fitted end of April. Our air fryer is going to cost about £10k.
I said we should get one. She said ok, but we haven't anywhere to put it. Need more cupboard space in the kitchen. (New about 4 years ago)
Long story short, we're having a utility room extension with a downstairs loo, so the tumble dryer and washing machine can move in and free up cupboard space in the kitchen.
So 10k plus 56.77 = £10,056.57.
At least delivery is free!![]()

As a lad, we'd often get a stuffed lamb's heart roast,
Was it the last coat? You're never sure until it's on.After a week of it, the last of many coats of paint in my daughter's room is nigh, last one tomorrow.
3 coats on the walls,
3 coats (will be) on the woodwork,
Then another few days of furniture building.
Will be worth it when it's done, this cheers me up.![]()
Drinking my tea before work this morning, cat comes in with a live mouse, I chased it around the house (..glad to have a small house..) and got bitten.. talk about thanks for saving me![]()
Ours was a very accomplished huntress when Mum and Dad had her in a very rural setting and would bring in anything from slow-worms up to full grown rabbits (via squirrels, rats, pigeons etc.) in both states so when we took her in after Dad died, we put a belled collar on her (with a safety release buckle - which she managed to shed on several occasions so we knew they worked!) which hugely reduced her catch rate. Still managed a couple of birds per year (usually fledgelings) and one or 2 mice. Mice (live!) were generally released by her and all interest in recapture lost... A live capture trap usually caught them in a day or 2, using Snickers as bait.
I'll remember that, I could even act a super hero and rip off my shirtTop tip - drop a towel over the mouse then grab the wriggly lump in the towel. I learned that little trick after I evicted a vole with a lump of my finger still clamped in its jaws.
I had a couple of cats that would catch anything that moved - birds, mice, voles, a rat and even a weasel/stoat. The cat killed the weasel/stoat and left it outside, fortunately. The rat on the other hand.............
