WCMUT....what cheered me up today

Heated car seat!!!
 
heated steering wheel - bliss when my tiny hands are frozen :D
 
That my daughter is texting me early this morning that I don't have to get up and drive her to the stables as it is snowing heavily....

Couldn't agree more, hate them, only car I had with them they were disconnected soon after the purchase
 
I've never felt the need to switch them on, a cold leather seat is only cold for a few seconds.
 
The only time I've ever sat on a heated seat I thought I'd peed myself.

Not for me, thanks.

Quite simply because as I wasn't going to use them and I have heard of cases of them causing fires on some cars if the wiring frays
If I remember rightly Volvo did a recall for it and that particular car was a volvo :(

Oh that reminds me. Breaking wind together with heated seats on the highest setting. Very nice. I love heated seats.

Also like having completed my SA by 19:00. Nice and quick this year.

Heated black leather seats are nice in cold weather. Light coloured leather in the Tvr is perfect in summer, doesn't get hot.

Oh it is here already. These work good enough for us and our black leather interior.

I don't have heated seats in my current car, but no doubt even if I did they'd be broken...
 
Honda Legend has cooled seats among many other gadgets (shame about the economy and VED)

One of my concerns about moving house was how my speakers would perform in a new space.

Today, I'm confident I've found THE spot and the speakers and the room are talking very nicely to each other. Better than the old place in fact.

My ex had a 05 Mondeo Titanium X which had heated and cooled front seats.

My Focus titanium has heated leather seats........ a complete must IMO :D

They are an option on mine but since it was 2nd hand, I couldn't choose it! Heated is nice on occasion - specifically early mornings when I forget to slip a coat on before dropping Mrs Nod down for an early class!

exactly, neither are pleasant hence I prefer good fabric upholstery over leather, every time. Note, 'good fabric' mind, because there is some right old crap out there ;)
 
Ive got cloth seats, perfect temperature summer or winter and no electricity involved.
 
One of the very few issues I have with mine is that you have to press the brake pedal while pressing the start button so have to be sat in it to start it. Makes starting it to run the AC for a moment or 2 to cool it down a PITA if the seat's been in full sun. Do like the leather apart from that though!
