Think Tank Hydrophobia would be the one I'd recommend.

Very well made and designed, built to last, expensive and you also need to factor in the cost of an eyepiece unit.

Others include Kata and Storm Cover

Lots of options about, from very sophisticated Think Tank Hydrophobia to the optech rain sleaves that are one step up from a plastic bag. There are others who have made them from a waterproof coat sleave or trouser leg.

Its all about what you want to spend and think about how much you are wanting to protect money wise and for how long I rarely shoot where I would upset anyone so in really bad weather I can put an umbrella down my coat to keep everything dry but occasionally no option so the cover comes out.

I have one of these for my 300mm only becasue it came with the lens and I use it so few times I don't really need anything else. I have spent 3 hours out in torential rain with it on no problem, but the 70-200 was under a microfibre cloth tucked in the the strap sitting on my lap and again no problem they were both equally dry. I do need to sort somthing out for the 70-200.

How long is the lens? The hydrophobia comes in two sizes - 70-200mm and 300-600mm (it comes with an extension to fit 600mm). I have used the 300-600 on my 300mm and yet to try it on the 400mm and its faultless, once you get the hand of installing it.
