Well if its chucking it down, i dont want to have to pack up because im scared of kit getting water in it.

I dont get to shoot every weekend, so i dont want weather to wreck it when i eventually get to shoot.

seems like there are some cheaper options, but anyone got experience with any?

Oooof looks like ill have to cough the dough up for the think tank then! Thabks for he help guys.

I use the Think Tank - and it is brilliant - but I do have a huge problem with the eyepiece fogging up. I use Nikon but a colleague who uses Canon does not have the same issues with the Canon eyepiece.

I would love to know how to solve this problem.

you could try the op/tech rainsleeve, best price £6.00 for two (premier inks ad in the back of photo plus mag)

The sleeve of a waterproof jacket, elasticated cuff round the lens mount end, dont worry too much about camera, thats weather sealed.

I have used an Optech one in light rain. While it did keep my equiptment dry I found it a right b****r to adjust any controls on my camera. I suppose you only get what you pay for! I think they came in a pack of two so one is unused and will be staying that way unless you want to give it a try Tom? Your welcome to it but I'am accepting no liability if your kit gets damaged or you get sick from being out in the rain!:rules:

Just had a look at your website Tom, I noticed that you've done a lot for Thatto Heath ARLFC. I think my sons side (Portico Vine u16s) play them some time in the next few weeks when the season proper starts. So we might bump into each other.
