Hi

I'm off to Mull in a few weeks and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a backpack style waterproof bag which will take a Nikon D300s with a Sigma 150-500 and lenshood attached.

Don't particularly want to break the bank with this, so budget is sub £100.

Thanks for looking in

Cheers

I use a small water proof stuff sac and place the camera in that inside the rucksack. Dead cheap but effective.

Thanks for the replies guys.

Yeah that's what I do at the minute, a bag inside of my bag.

Was just wondering if anyone knew of a bag where I could keep the lenshood on whilst it's stored.

Only one I know of that's designed for photography and is waterproof (as opposed to really heavy rain proof) is the Lowepro Dryzone and that's double your budget.

TBH most packs will stand up to reasonably heavy rain. Even more if you chuck a rain poncho over the top.
