As per title i am looking for a good watermarking prog.paid one.
I know you can get free ones but i want some recommendations for one i can buy & download online,cheers.:):thumbs:
 
Yep i know Chaz,but it is now doing my nut in,so i am after a seperate prog.:):D
 
Silly question, but what sort of watermarkingare you looking for James?

There are a few ways to do it, and I guess you looking for batch features.

As mentioned, to apply a ghosted layer in photoshop and set it up as a batch action is actually quite simple. (Not so if you aren't a PS user ***)
 
I have photoshop cs3,but my head hurts now.:D
I really want a sperate proggy now that i can batch all.
At the moment i am trying out visual watermak as a demo & so far it does exactly what i want,but looking for more options before i buy it.:):thumbs:
 
I think i am leaning towards visual watermark having tried it,it is brilliant.:):clap:

Why do you want to BUY one if you already have the tools to do it.
 
I use lightroom with the mogrify plugin for batch watermarking.

I used to use faststone. It is very quick and easy to use, but i didn't like the way it degraded the IQ after it had finished processing. I don't know if this would happen with watermarking only, i was resizing at the same time.

Asking as dont want to download from a site with a shed load of spyware/viruses etc... As if someone on here has & uses it then more the better...
 
I have cs3 but having probs with watermarking.:(
 
What method were you using and what problems are you having?
 
If i could explain it i could use it,thats why i am looking for a stand alone prig.:D:)

I use Faststone resizer to reduce images for the web and watermark them in the same action. Quite a useful little program considering it's free.

It's easy enough to export hundreds of images in a batch and watermark them at the same time. Of course, if you don't already have Lightroom then it's an expensive solution!
 
Can i get your opinions on the watermark using fastone.:)

Also i would like to know as i cant find it in tutorial,i have made a new file & called it my watermarks.
Now this first photo i have done so how to get the rest in that folder to have the same watermark,help appreciated.:)
