I've had a search round the forums but failed to find quite what I'm after, can anyone offer some advise?

I'd like to add a watermark in photoshop to my images which would fall in the bottom right corner with some space between it and the image edge, is there any way to do this? I'd like to put this into an action to batch process images and have the watermark in the same position irrespective of image dimension.

All help appreciated. :)
 
I just create a new layer and use text to add a watermark. I tend to have a couple of text fonts that i use with different types of image. If you are wanting to create a logo to watermark in then i'm sure you can using a design program then import it in. I would keep your options open regarding the actual position of the watermark, sometimes you want it in different places.
 
@ MG TF 135 - I'm really wanting tos et up an action to abcth process a lot of images for the odd one I'd be quite happy to place the watermark by hand but for the numbers I'm looking at an actionw ith a fixed position would be ideal.

I have written an action that I use to put a watermark on my photo's. Here is the download if it any help to you.

Once you have downloaded the file you need to open it into your action pallet.

To use the action you need to either have a logo or text saved first. You will be asked to open your logo "select all and Copy" this only needs doing only once per batch of photos.
