Edit My Images
No
Hello,

Apologies if this has been answered before but I watermarked all my images in lightroom with my business name. I have since changed my business name and thought that importing the photos again with the new watermark would work but now I've got two watermarks on each image! Does anyone know how to remove the old one?

Thanks,

Jan

Delete all images and start again?

Hmm bit confused by you question...if all your images are in lightroom with your old bis name, just pull up the export dialog and change the watermark to your new one.

If you exported all your images with a watermark and then imported them again, (and in the meantime deleted the originals)..well then you stuffed..

Not sure I quite understand what youve done though?

I think youll have to re watermark all your images from your original none watermarked images, as youll never remove the old one from any files saved with a watermark already on them

Unless you are insanely handy with cloning or a brush...

Lightroom doesn't alter the originals, just re-export with the new name, no need to import again.... Unless you deleted the originals....?

Thank you everyone, I've now managed to sort it. Had to go into each image and export again with new watermark! Tedious but done now.

Select all images and just apply the watermark on export. No need to do one at a time.

Unless he is placing the new watermark in different areas of each image
