watermark in Photoshop PS3

Hi, i have made a watermark in PS3, i have made an action & it works, the only problem is the watermark stays the same size so if the photo is smaller it is too big, any ideas where i went wrong ? Thanls Col

One trick is to have a resize image step before the watermark, this means they all end up same size.

Thanks for your reply, it's all new to me though, like i said the watermark looks good so that part is ok, should i start again ? How would i resize image first ? thanks again Col

Make an action that goes file - automate - fit image (put in size) then save as.
