I'm pretty happy with my watermark process now, but it doesn't show up very well against a dark background. Can anyone show me how to deal with this? What are my options?
The way I'd do it (probably the wrong way) would be to have one action with a dark coloured lettering and another action with a light coloured lettering and choose appropriately for each image.
I thuoght of that, Jack, but really want to keep it exactly the same as my branding colour. I was thinking something along the lines of a slightly opaque background?

You could add a 1px white border to the edge of the text, it would help it show up on a dark background but on a bright one would hardly be noticeable.
I think I've found a solution. I've created a new layer, desaturated it and inverted it. Then I've shifted it's position slightly to create a kinda drop highlight. It works...I think.
