Warning: Warehouse Express on Ebay

Ben, what is your position within WEX? You seem to be knowledgable and willing to accept critisism and ten put in place fixes to prevent it happening again.

Right now I'm a Technical Writer, but in my 8 years at Warehouse Express I've been on the phones, in the showroom, and managed a sales team.

These days I write website content, reviews, blogs and magazine articles on photography related subjects, as well as assisting on training seminars and trying to keep on top of Forums like this!

Technically, dealing with customer complaints "isn't in my job description" (a phrase I loathe) but, put simply, after 8 years it's difficult not to care about how the company I've given a fair chunk of my life to is perceived. 8 years also gives me a reasonable amount of clout!

What all this flowery language really means is that, as an employee, it's important to me that Warehouse Express is seen for what it is - a growing company that, whilst not perfect, is always doing it's best to learn, grow and, most importantly, provide fellow photo enthusiasts (I am one too, as is my father, as are many of my friends, as are most of my colleagues) with great products at fair prices and accompanied by good service.

Having read this back I'm all too aware that it sounds like marketing flannel, but you’ll have to trust me - it really isn't!

As someone that has spent a fair chunk of money with WEX over the last couple of years I have always been impressed with the CS&S and I have never hesitated to recommend them to friends and family
