Yes
Have ordered some items as part of a survey on suppliers.
So far, snapfish are loosing badly, due to the fact that they still cannot deliver a product (whereas the other companies I have ordered from have been relatively quick to deliver). They have sent out a generic message, it would appear it might be to all customers, that they are experiencing delays due to high demand.
This is 5 days after the item was meant to be delivered.
And a day after I asked when I could expect the item to be delivered, to which I have not yet had an answer.

So if you want something from Christmas, might be best to go elsewhere now, unless you have already ordered.

My suspicion is that they haven't even gone into production yet, but I cannot cancel the order (the system accidentally picked up the same address, so I attempted to cancel 4 minutes after placing the order), 'as it is an automated process, you cannot make any changes to an order once submitted'.
Customer service is currently taking 22 hours, 45 minutes to respond to queries.

Snapfish's customer service is very poor. Reckon I've had one problem or another with FIVE out of 10 orders. I tend to look elsewhere now.

So, I sent them an email, asking for it to be cancelled. Nice of them to tell me that the A5 Acrylics have problems. Pity this isn't what I ordered. Obviously, cancelling the order as I asked, is not assisting me. Slightly better, at only 19 hours to respond (incorrectly) to an email.

"Thank you for writing back to Snapfish Customer Support.

We apologies for the inconvenience .

We are very sorry to inform you that there is slight delay in processing the A5 Acrylic Print orders, we will intimate you soon once your order has been processed .

If you need any more assistance please let us know . "
Not sure I want to get intimate with them either.

I've ordered from snapfish before and always took at least 10-14 days, to receive the order even mid year when there's no xmas rush !

I ordered the other day - normal prints, and had a dispatch email on friday...So looking good so far....Will be happy once i actually receive them though! :(

Ordered prints and a mug yesterday, just had the dispatch email for the mug, time will tell.

Well, all my snapfish stuff just arrived, only took 3 days, so no complaints here.
1 photo mug, 50 prints and a collage print.

I got mine through aswell....

1st time from snapfish....Print quality is quite good....not too sure about the finish on the photo paper though....the edges seem to be a little rough, as though paper has been ripped - not to that bad extent though......just not a very sharp edge :(

I ordered in October, and had nothing within 3 weeks. Contacted them and they told me to email them 1st week of Nov if it hadnt showed. I did that, and they told me they would print me another.

To date, I have heard nothing. I had actually forgotten about it till I read this thread.

Well, I got an email saying the item was dispatched, and it arrived the next day (Royal Mail).
So thumbs up for Royal Mail, still delivering items quickly given the conditions around the country.
Thumbs down for Snapfish, taking 3 times longer than their quoted lead time. :(

To top it off, the item is scratched all over. I don't know whether I can be bothered to complain, could be too much hassle. (was packaged decently, so don't think it is a royal mail problem)

I have to be honest, whilst the quality of prints are generally very good from Snapfish, the delivery times can be very sluggish I have found.

Please don't get me wrong here. The delivery time, was very quick (given current conditions). It was basically next day.

It is the production time from snapfish that is not within their quoted time.
