the interview was much more revealing about the old guy... Go watch it... Good on him for defending himself.. But he claims later that the guy had a knife and that they were trying to rob him etc.. I seen this a little while back, and the more i see it the more i think the guy got what he deserved. At the end of the day the old bearded guy moved away to the front of the bus to avoid the little punk and the old guy was only defending himself as you can clearly see the other guy attacks him first.

If I remember rightly, the black guy got arrested for asault and the girl filming got arrested for theft.
The old guy had no charges brought agaisnt him.
The Police obviuosly thought the EBM was in the right to defend himself, so I dont see how anyone can start throwing around race cards.
No matter what colour they are, some guy started trying to beat up another guy and got what he deserved. Maybe he'll think twice before acting the big man again.
