hello im new to the forum nice to be here:D im a canon shootere and was looking for a canon ef 70-200 f2.8 mk2 so after endless searching i found digigood on ebay and thought id give them a call i asked where it was from the girl who has a seriously bad attitude phone her if you dont trust me 01273806144 so she said it was from the usa then i asked her if i would get a vat receipt she says if i wanted to pay vat its 20% with a serious attitude i just hung up on her after that.clearly i could get hit with a vat charge and the whole thing just doesn't seem legal and her attitude was terrible just wanted to warn the community.thought they wouldve been good with all there reviews but i bet most of them are americans. think ill just buy from the high street more expensive but peace of mind is everything with such a high value item.

Maybe she misunderstood? I've used them before and got a VAT receipt emailed to me when I requested one.

Never had to call them though, just dealt online.

I have also used Digigood with no problems.

I've left a positive review of them on here before and I'm certainly not American.

To be fair to the OP here Digigood are US owned and there has been some recent press about their 'lack' of VAT payments which does put their trading on somewhat dodgy ground.

yes in fact i recently seen something in a newspaper about this the last thing i wante was a 1500 lens coming then being hit with a 20%vat bill. also im not doubting they would send it out but what if theres a problem would they be so quick to change it?i wouldnt care as much if it was a £50p&s but not with a high value item.
