Warehouse express delivery?

Hey I know warehouse express is meant to be a benchmark for photography gear and I'm looking at a camera bag on there. They say it will arrive on Saturday if I order now but was just wondering what the actual delivery times are?

is it guaranteed to come on Saturday or have you had parcels take longer than quoted to arrive. Not in a rush to get it but I'd rather spend an extra £10 and get it on Saturday instead of waiting until next tuesday and getting the bag from Jessops £10 cheaper.
 
My deliveries from them have always come when planned and Iv'e had a few!
 
If they say its coming Saturday - then it will arrive Saturday... As with the others posters - I've ordered a few bits from them & NEVER had a problem....
 
I usually pay the extra for guaranteed/next day service. I think they use City Link and (in my experince) they're usually pretty reliable.

On one occasion I've used the free delivery option (forced to, as they'd removed any guaranteed services) and ordered a lens on 21st December and it was delivered to my house at 5pm on Christmas eve.

I can't fault them in the slightest.
 
I did use Saturday delivery with them before, but the lazy *******s at parcelforce cba to deliver Saturday and so delivered monday instead. I wasn't best pleased. The service from warehouse express was spot on though. I did email them after this, and they said they'd take this into consideration when renewing the contract for deliveries though.

(I find parcelforce are the worst, never got a delivery on time for me! :thumbsdown:)
 
I've always had next day delivery from them, no probs. My only criticism is I once had to return a faulty item, and it took them three days to get around to sending a new one.

I have only ordered a few items from them, but they have arrived next day with no problems (even after a very late order).
If it doesn't get delivered on time, I don't think it will be the fault of WEX (assuming that the item is noted as being in stock)

Agree & disagree on that about overpriced.... Some of the gear that I got from them was cheaper with their ND delivery than some other sites...

Spose in a way its swings & roundabouts - I always check around but when stuff aint in stock then WE do have it in then its them I get it from...
 
Just purchased a camera, was delivered when stated. Also bought some lighting stands this week, ordered Sunday, delivered when stated on Tuesday.
 
ordered Nikon sb700 about 10pm Thursday it arrived Saturday at 8.30am
fantastic service from email confirmation to dispatch confirmation.
will use them again when i need or should that be want.
