Warehouse Express - Anyone used them before?

I'm about to buy a Tamron 70-300 and the cheapest place is warehouse express. However, the online reviews I've read of them don't seem too good and I'd really really like this lens by tomorrow, otherwise I may just ebay for one cheaper. Has anyone used this company before and did they send out your item next day? This is what I am ordering.

It says I still have a couple of hours to order for next day but I would like to make sure as a few people in the reviews said that they'd not sent their products out next day.

Used once, Excellent service. Will be ordering again from them soon.

Remember no one is perfect and it's how the problems get sorted thats important, plus people usually only post about problems.
 
I've bought a fair few things from them and they've always delivered on time. The only issue with them is usually the accuracy of the stock level indicators on their site. If it says Low Stock then usually you will get an email to say that it is out of stock. However, if it says it is in stock then it will be.
 
They are one of the largest UK photography retailers, I have had nothing but excellent service from them in the past.

Ring them and speak to a real person, their sales staff are very helpful, and will confirm that they actually have the item. I have used them for years, and never had a problem with them.
 
I have used them many times and always had good service. I prefer to place telephone orders rather than on line so that I am sure about when the delivery will be.
Their warehouse in Norwich is also worth a visit if you are in the area.
 
I've bought many items from WE, probably the bulk of my gear and I can't remember a single instance where we doidn't get next day delivery on the dot.
 
Excellent! I may order within the hour then :) I think I've decided that it's definitely the lens I want :p
 
Only time iv'e ever bought with a credit card over the phone, (sooner buy over the counter old fashioned) but ordered two things over the phone, phoned order Friday at 3.50 pm...received goods Saturday 7.50am. (14 hours)... One company I won't be afraid to us again.
 
i have bought a fair few items from them and have no issues except the in stock issues mentioned. delivery was good and the items purchased excellent. filters,lenses and such. my opinion ;will be doing business again no problem
 
We have used them a few times, not had any problems so far, they have a pretty good reputation.
 
I've used them several times over the years, only real problems were the stock levels as previously mentioned, and the odd website niggle which have been fixed since.

Good service on the whole.

I've used them a few times and find them to be excellent. Good prices, a great range and super-fast delivery times, can't fault them
 
I've used them a couple of times. The service is good if there's no problems (sounds completely contradicty I know!)

I ordered a flash and a lens, I gave them my card details but they wrote down the numbers wrong and obviously it got declined. They then emailled me the following day to tell me this. They said a flash was in stock when it wasn't, so I got a "to follow" invoice.

All in all though, I would recommend them and I have went back to them. They're ok and the packaging is good, there's so much bubble wrap around those boxes, nothing is gonna bash your lens!
 
They've always been great for me. I've used them half a dozen times I'd imagine. Never ordered over t'Net though, only ever over the phone.:thumbs:
 
I use them for all my gear, but I am very fortunate to live close by. There staff are very helpful and they seem to keep masive stocks.
 
Used them a bit, and had good service and excellent after customer support/chats.
 
They're fine, been around for quite a while. I've bought some quite high value kit from them in the past without any problems at all. I'd take the advice about ordering by phone though, because the staff will look up stock levels for you.
 
i've used them a few times online and never had any problems! wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Used once, will definately use again. Friendly and helpful service and great delivery.
 
Have used them for cameras, lenses and accessories and if you make sure they have stock (worth phoning as others have suggested) they are good and deliver on time.

I would be using them for a Canon 24-105 f4 only I've just found an old school friend that works for Canon!!! Lucky me as he can get it with over a third off (he says gloating, with a big grin on his face, and then feels a little guilty, but not for long)

Ok, just ordered an 18-200 Tamron off of Warehouse Express and I want to check my order, but I can't find ANYWHERE where I can log in and check except on the checkout if I go to buy something else. Help! I NEED it tomorrow as we are going to spain on friday and therefore it would probably get left in the post office all week and then sent back to warehouse express, so I really need to check!

I ordered about 10 mins before the cutoff time which worries me even more :p

used them a few times - however have popped in as only 10 miles from "Nardge"....

really really helpful and friendly - can try anything out no problem at all, and very knowledgable.....

I did, but, I would like to check if it has been sent out yet. It's very important it comes tomorrow because I can't take delivery on friday and all of next week (I think we leave early friday morning and come back late the following friday) which means it would probably end up getting sent back to Warehouse Express by the time I get back.

Might give them a call tonight :) Is that a premium rate number though?

Also, does this mean there's no way to check order details on their website? :(
