Dear Alex,

I would like to apologise for any frustration and inconvenience our recent password change may have caused you.

As part of our security upgrade we have removed My Account from warehouseexpress.com and you currently cannot select a password of your choice.

We will restore My Account by Tuesday 15th June, when you will be able to change your password.

I hope you will bear with us in the intervening time. Your custom and loyalty is very important to us and we have been working hard adding new functions to improve our website. However sometimes you have to apologise when things go wrong and this is one of those times.

They acting in a way that raises my intrest with these emails.
 
How do you know it was down to an online purchase?
The credit card company were notified by the online vendor that the card may have been compromised. My CC company wouldn't tell me which vendor it was though, they also didn't contact me before cancelling the card and left me stood in a filling station without a method of paying for the fuel.

Yup got that as well.

Good job I only ever use the credit card for occasional online purchases. It's easier to stop and get a new one issued.

Yes, got that one.
Previously told it was a planned upgrade. Now there is a reference to things going wrong.

In my case the CC company noticed unusal transactions. They said they had software that can pick some of them up.
