Wanted Poster - Bullet hole - How?

Google hasnt been my friend and I cant find a fairly simple way to do a hole in paper to look like a bullet hole. Singed at the edges or peeled back even better. Anybody?

More than one sqaddy has used one to reclaim a wayward shot missing from a target,

This may sound odd but if there's a Morgan car dealer relatively local, they might have some stick on or transfer bullet holes (as applied to some of their 3 wheelers a year or 2 ago). An alternative could be a visit to a local shooting range!
