Just booked a level 2 City and Guilds course that starts in September! I havent even got my results for level 1 yet either

Oh poo, I cant decide which units to do. There are 4 in total, but you can choose between 2 of them so that you only have to do 3 units.

The two that you can choose from are the two that I most want to do!

Either - Develop, process and print B&W Film (I have just bought 35mm slr, rolls of B&W film and some chemicals!)

OR

Digital imaging, using photoshop and lightroom etc which seems more relevant to todays photography.

What should I do!!!!!

learned heaps from that side which can be translated into digital editing.

the digital stuff is easy to pick up from places like TP or the dedicated Lightroom and Photoshop fora, the film stuff is more hands-on.

Thats what I am thinking, i'll have access for a full year to their darkroom, enlargers etc which I dont have at home whereas I have CS3 and Lightroom just a few clicks away

I missed the darkroom so much that I went and bought a colour processor and regularly use slide film. Only costs me <£1.00/roll to process.
