It really depends what you are looking at? Walimex is a 're-brand' type operation. Studio lights/modifiers are Chinese (nothing wrong with that) they also have lenses with their name on (from Samyang, S.Korea) and so on.

Have a look at their direct sales shop to see the full extent of their range, which is where a lot of the eBay ones will be from anyway.

As to the quality, not the best, not the worst - I have a couple of their softboxes and a beauty dish and would have no issues buying more, if the price was right!
