So I've just installed photoshop cc onto a second pc and thought i should really learn how to use the lightroom catalogue properly.
So i thought the best place to start would be with a YouTube video (i find it easier to understand how things work by watching rather than reading).
Well i must say there are some truly rubbish videos on this subject. The presenters can't seem to stay on topic and start to "waffle on" about something else and then say we'll come back to this later. They seem to feel the need to make a 20 minute video, when 10 minutes would have done the job.
I've now settled on watching Julieanne Kost tutorials, they're well presented, clear and simple, don't deviate from the subject, step by step guide and don't last any longer than they need to.
So if anyone else is looking to use lightroom or photoshop for the first time, i can highly recommend Julieanne Kost as a good starting point.
