So whos going and are you paying in as I have some info as to where to go for the best shots without paying the £17 entry fee
No need Alex theres a little known layby where all the flying action can be caught better than a paid ticket mate
posts crossed
You're confident the fuzz don't close access like they do at Duxford?
They only close the laybys on the A15 so should be ok and I have been told by some spotters this is the road they always keep open![]()
Well if I were you I would have a plan B at hand, whenever I've been in the last 10 years any parking on that road, be it that layby or off the road on the verge has been forbidden with the police enforcing it strictly.
Stu
Tell me more - I see they close the 'viewing area' on the A15 for the duration.
I was thinking of going on friday - weather permitting - £5 on gate (per person)
Gotta agree with striker and i live five minutes from waddington.
Over the past two years this layby has been blocked off. The only way you could access it is by foot.
I'm pretty sure DM that lay-by (was in fact route of old road) is deffo closed off on show days. As has been pointed out it leads to a designated crash gate needing access at all times.
Best hope of a good alternative short of £17 is an entrepreneurial farmer, who'd probably want £16.50!

Sorry, yes, I know it's arrivals. Is there a timetable, or do you turn up and just see what turns up when you're there?
£34 for 2 tickets.

Thats good, have a look at how much 2 tickets would cost you for Flying Legends or Fairford, come to think about it how much for a Premier league game![]()
