Recently bought a Wacom Intuos Pro Medium Special Edition Graphics Tablet from Amazon and noticed issues connecting it wirelessly to my iMac 27" even when the tablet's is fully charged. Since it was under warranty, Amazon was happy to replace a like to like item promptly. Unfortunately the replacement tablet too has wireless issues as the first one on full tablet battery charge.

- Has anyone faced a similar issue as described above?
- Could be that that the iMac USB ports are at the back and hence the tablet fails to discover the wireless dongle that is connected to the iMac?

Any suggestions or recommendation is hugely appreciated as I wish to use the table and not send it back to Amazon again.

Many thanks.

I have one of these and don't get any problems (also have a iMac 27"!)

Open up the side panel on the tablet and make sure the wireless transmitter is seated / connected properly.

Also try moving the wireless USB module into a different slot in the back of your Mac (could it be a fault USB port?)

Thanks Adrian for your reply. Both the iMac is fairly new and the USB port is working too. How far can you say (in inches) you usually work from your table where your iMac is placed?

Cheers
