was in Oxford today and saw some guy struggling to get in his car. there was a massive VW Toe-rag parked next to his car.. the VW was not only too big for the space but wasnt parked straight and the guy was struggling to get in his car.
I watched him sit for a while and then get out and place a note under the VW windscreen wiper.

went over and had a look. apologies for picture quality, i only had a wide wide angle lens and had to crop this from a much larger photo.. on second thoughts it would have made sense to take it with my phone.

made me laugh anyway!

some people are just so inconsiderate!

You know what winds me up even more, The Toe-rag owner will come back to his car and not give 2 ***** about the note. It will be forgotten about and discarded within minutes.

I can feel my blood starting to boil so I'll be off then .....

yeah he'll probably throw it on the ground, or maybe burn it to add some extra co2 into the atmosphere.
or probably she wont even notice it because the kids will be screaming all the way home from school LOL

This is what happened to me last year in America. This is one of the car parks in Bryce Canyon Utah, early morning. Mine is the red car. The car park is twice the size that you see here, and when I arrived I was the first and only car. When I returned after my photo session I found this thing parked next to me with no more than 18 ins between us. It was so unbelievably stupid I must have spent about 5 minutes just looking at it.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

What a knob!!

I get annoyed sometimes as we live on a main road, and double yellow lines start just outside our house.
Some mornings I go to get my motorbike out and some pratt has parked right on the kerb on the double yellows, with their car completely across our gate so that I cannot get the bike out.
So any plans I have made to meet up with my biking buddies goes out of the window
:bang::bang::bang::bang:

is ther a picture of his parking?

in hindsight that would have been a good idea :)

i take it thats a no! but never the less, i'm glad i dont drive cos stuff like that will definatley fry my bacon!

Years ago we had cards made up with a picture of Mickey Mouse flipping the Bird.
These cards thanked people for the kind way in which they had parked, but next time could they please leave a f$*&%)!g can opener.
With regards to people parking next to you in an empty car park I get that all the time, though not necessarily that close.
Having said that I know someone who drove into an empty car park except for one solitary car. He actually managed to hit the car. :lol

People who can't park straight make my blood boil :annoyed: Last week a woman in a multi storey car park 'parked' her huge company merc just over the white line of the parking bay. I soooo wanted to park right up next to it (my little car would have fitted) so she wouldn't have been able to get in her door. I thought better of it though as I'm selling my car soon :lol:

its simple, you park in two spaces you pay for two spaces. thats the way it should be

Hmm, that should be true of pay and display car parks.

Sadly, its mostly the likes of ASDA car parks, or retail parks etc where you dont have to pay !

If I had my way, I would start a contractor company who slapped tickets on badly parked cars in these car parks. I'm sure my business would flourish if say 20% of the fine went to the upkeep of the car park.

Its also the knobs who park on blind corners, or right on a t junction who should be fined, not those on double yellows ....

i'm with you on that one.. put me down as a director :)

I'll have some of that too, makes me bloody mad! :bang:

I did this when I had a company fiesta. Bloke was waiting for me when I got back to the car park.. he wasn't a happy chappy! I simply told him if he'd have parked properly, instead of like a t***, he'd have been on his way, got in my car and gave him a cheeky wave :D

I was in Sainsbury's recently about 9:30 in evening, hardly any one else about in a 4 acre car park.
I bought a couple of items and on my return there was a pink Ford Ka parked so close to the drivers door that I had to slide in from passenger side...no big deal, but what is going through these peoples minds?
Weren't any of the other 1500 spaces good enough? :bang:

Reminds me of the joke where someone smashed into a parked car.. got out and put a note under the wiper to the effect of "The people watching think I'm leaving my details.. have a nice day ;)"

I once had a woman (passenger) mouth off at me that I was so inconsiderate to have parked behind a van which required disabled access as the stickers cleary indicated.. I didn't get a chance to say my piece because the driver of the van wasted no time explaining to her how my car was there when she parked. A big smirk from me was all that was required. Although an apology from the woman would have gone a long way.
