Vuescan advice (colour spaces and icc profiles)

Hi scanning experts,

i am scanning some old prints with vuescan 9 and a v500 epson. After opening my scans i get the following message from photoshop:-

Missing%20Profile.jpg


What settings do i need to change in the following vuescan options screen:-

VueScan%209%20x64%20(9.0.52).jpg


I use ProPhotoRGB in lightroom and cs5 as my working space. i also have calibrated icc profiles for my monitor and printer.
