I'm not that good at recognising voices but to me that one sounds like Neil Morrissey.

It's that bloke from shameless that was with the blonde neighbour from the early series. Was in something else recently too. Can't remember his name. Can see his face clearly! Seems to be Dean Lennox Kelly as mentioned earlier
