Here we go again........

1) Status Quo or Brian and Michael Ruth?
Who ever, its plain and simple works well :)

2) oh to be spoilt for choice :D
Nice start Ruth

Oh I do like the matchstick triptych Ruth - very clever and exceptionally well taken. Are you going to try and make the cats & dogs too ha ha ?
PS: Nothing beats a curry.

although I can not work out the song
Its either Status Quo pictures of matchstick men
or Brian and Michael Matchstalk Men and Matchstalk Cats and Dogs

So many restaurants to order from, nice display carefully spaced out.(y)

I like the menus but the matchstick men are a great idea. They have real character, I can visualise them animated.

Sorry to hear about your BIL, fingers crossed for him.

The matchstick men are very well lit, it's a great photo!
The places to order your takeaway from are very nicely arranged, but compared to the matchstick men it doesn't work as well for me.

I like the matchstick men, very well done and shot.

Nice choice of takeaways, seems slightly weighted in favour of chinese.....and where are the kebab shops?

week 0 I know the song and i like the image, nice placement of the matches very well done. Week 1 fits the theme but I cant help but feel that there is a better composition in there somewhere.

Week 0 - I'm guessing it's The Quo as it's pictures, not paintings.
Where are the pictures of you though?
Nicely on theme :)

Week 1 - Works well, more or less all in the same plane, so in focus except right at the top. I may have gone for a longer exposure with a smaller aperture to increase the DoF, but that's purely a personal choice, nothing wrong with the way you've done it.

I hope everything goes okay with your BIL.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments.
They are, as ever, greatly appreciated. :-)
