anyone point me to the official site for a visa to Turkey
there are a lot on the net so I'm not sure whats the real one

This is the official Turkish government visa site listed by the foreign office travel advice site.

Official government web site is the way to go. Dead easy to do and only takes a few minutes

That's where I get mine each year and it covers both my May and September trips. Easy to use site and you can download it to your phone.
