Virginia Giuffre has died of suicide

How convenient.

Possibly "convenient" for her ex-boss in Florida...

wow tough audience here :-(

When I heard about this on LBC earlier I thought, "How sad" and I also thought of her 'untouchable' abusers.

Hmmm was the suicide due to past abuse as claimed or perhaps the real truth close to being revealed ,or something else hasn’t she had marital problems with her husband , a couple of weeks ago she was allegedly on the brink of death due to a alleged car crash , I’m sorry but it all points to a lot of irregularities and makes me wonder about the whole prince andrew thing ,

sad that anyone feels the need to take their own life.
Be that as it may, I have long believed that suicide is the last freedom.

I cannot imagine the circumstances under which I would do it but I think that those who wish to choose such a road, should be left to take it, with whatever dignity they can muster.

FWIW the local police have stated that the car crash was nowhere near as bad as she reported as far as they’re concerned. You can read lots of things into it if you’re prone to a conspiracy theory (was it an attempted murder to silence her!!?? ) Of course it may just have been pure coincidence. Or maybe it was an indication that her mental health was already deteriorating if she described it as a lot worse than it actually was. I suspect we’ll never know.

I have long had doubts around all that went on in her case. A young woman being seduced into that situation with Epstein & co, was obviously both vulnerable and attention-seeking at the same time, and to then put herself forward so completely as a witness to what went on, was the ultimate attention seeking notwithstanding the justification for it. I can't help feeling that the attention was both desired but hated at the same time, the car crash story being another example, leading me to conclude that she may have been a victim of a form of personality disorder (most of us fit that description to some degree according to the DSM IV, diagnostic model) and perhaps mild psychosis in the form of dissociative identities, or split personality, sometimes wanting and sometimes hating attention. It is entirely possibly for this conflict to create a crisis in mental health, and one is left to wonder what support she may have had long term to cater for the impacts of her experiences.

I gather her relationship was not too happy, and there was something "off" about the crash, she claimed to be days away from dying, but local police say it was a minot accident.
Was this a way to see and say goodbye to her children? Something not uncommon with suicides. Then theres the conspriscy route, which perhaps isnt for here.
Whatever the truth, a young-ish woman with children has died and thats aways sad.

I suggest some people read her WikiPedia page.

Done that. If accurate, she had a very troubled life, but the fact remains that her three children have lost their mother, and other people may have loved her too. It's very sad.
