Virgin Tivo Box - Weird Goings On

My Tivo box works fine except for one thing. It won't record Casualty! It's in Planned recordings with a series link but it never appears in My Shows.

Is it down to paranormal activity or is the Tivo just a critic?

The wife always records Casualty every week on our Tivo box. ours obviously doesn't have any taste!

But what is worrying is that it hasn't set to record the second show of the new Criminal Minds series

Funny you mention that Marc, each time I record Casualty on the Tivo box it stops recording about 2 or 3 minutes from the end and leaves you hanging. Bloody annoying. This is the only program it happens with. All other programs record just fine.
