Most of you know I use Virgin mobile on a £30 p/m contract and have upgraded to a n97 mini 4 months ago, what I would like to know is how do they make any money, my next bill has landed and the text confirmation

I have had 4 bills and so far I have paid one bill at £0.30p and another at £0.70p.........I like Virgin mobile I do:thumbs:
 
Are you using the phone to the tune of £30 a month? if so you're well in.
 
Hmm you on a £30pm contract, so i assume you paying that? if so that confirmation that you havent been over your contracted fee.

My Orange contract bill is always free in that i havent yet been over my contracted minutes.
 
I use it all the time but its impossible to go over my unlimited calls to other Virgin mobiles or landlines I also have unlimited texts and inernet and the internet takes a hammering and noRuss I dont even pay the £30 contract either, I have rang them countless times even on my old contract where it was pretty much the same and all the call centre staff say is its correct and I have not to worry, just use the phone this has got to be the best contract ever

nah.......... been with them 5 years now and my highest ever bill was £16 on my first £10 a month contract:thumbs:
 
thats an awesome deal, maybe if they started taking your cash off of you then Branson might be able to run his f1 team until the end of the year as rumours are hasn't invested enough for the season yet!
 
I have 2 £15 p/m contracts one for Eileen and one for the son....and my £30 yet we pay about £17 each for the two £15 ones and bugga all for mine, we have looked at my bill online and my 30pence bill was for internet usage, not bad to say its free unlimited.........am I going to complain......I dont think so:lol:

As you can see my December bill was huge:lol:......how do Virgin make RB his billions because he aint getting it from me:naughty:

The wife is on Virgin, has a liberty sim, so £10 per month get 300 mins and 300 texts. The call plan gives her 300 texts if you top up with £10 a month, so gets 600 texts and 300 mins for a tenner. not quite your bill though!

I am not entirely sure, according to my bill online its something to do with internet charges
 
I have two contracts with virgin, I be a bit iffy about my bills if the contact amount was not taken out (had an isp like that years ago missing months at a time - then wanted all in one go...)
 
show us alink to the price plan your on...I'm still very confused...:thinking:
