Virgin Mobile praise this time

Been in hospital a week now and no wifi. My normal tariff is 500mb free mobile data, this soon ran out when bored lying on a hospital bed. Got my daughter to call them to add a extra gb or two to keep me going, they were told I didn't mind paying the extra charge.
They went one better, they gave me a extra 3gb mobile data FREE of charge without having to change any contract details. Well done VM it's much appreciated, Thanks.
