Well, they have a number you can ring and a website you can access.
I eventually got to swap txt with a bot and then someone who claimed to be human who seemed to be dealing with multiple people as he took an age to answer each message. At the end of it all I got to give feedback so I was honest. Not that anything will change.
BTW I don't think Virgin are any worse than anyone else. I recently signed up to a new mobile phone contract and they are appalling with links that go nowhere etc. When they saw my review they companied to the hosting company alleging that it wasn't a real customer experience so I provided proof that I was a customer and links to their broken links. The hosting company sided with me and the review stayed up.
I was being sarcastic. They took over the cable network from NTL who had a lousy reputation, and for years didn't do any better. About 8 years ago they completed some fairly major updates and things improved, but the customer service has never improved,
We left their phone service many years ago, and ditched the landline and TV about 10 years ago.
Years after we left their mobile service, we got refunds for over charges they had refused to consider, but it seems OFCOM had so many complaints they had to sort things out.
One was for charging a high excess on an insurance claim that shouldn't have been charged.
Many companies spend a lot of effort having reviews removed, pity, if they put that effort into customer service in the first place, they wouldn't get the poor reviews.
But I would agree, they are probably no worse than any one else.
Britain used to be famous round the world for their good customer service! Three will always stick in my mind, QuartzLabs, Laskys and Technical and Optical Equipment
