okay dudes and dudettes!
still not finding the whole word assosiation thing very easy. This is why I have so little to say when i post my updates. The story behind most of them is just "ARGH WHAT THE HELL CAN I DO!!!!" the problem isn't in the thinking up words, it's in the thinking up words that are actually possible to represent! Sometimes easy and sometimes it's a right b****r, I've left it till 1/4 to midnight once, and keep leaving them really late which really doesn't help my case! If I ever do this again, NO THEME BAH!!

Just found this thread and browsed through, reads more like a story than the other 365s, good work! :thumbs:

And nice shots, once again proves it's not just about the camera :)

well, i associate teddies with buttons, always the most memorable bit of making them, putting buttons for eyes and nose makes them come alive :D

people I'm going to try my best for you to write a little more about the thought that goes into these shots, might encourage a bit more chit chat :P

This one is a little boring, I just printed of a periodic table to do 'elements'. Copper of course is ** :) Maybe a bit narrow on the depth of field.

Okay, so a little thought needed to go into this, elements, one of them is also Tungsten (which is W!) which is used in lights...

I really wanted to go into christmas for the 25th, but in the end didn't really get there, not due to the link though, more due to the fact I had little inspiration on what to actually do for the photo that would signify christmas. So, took this without actually meaning for it to be my 365 photo today, but a sunset is a kind of light isn't it?

I wrote a little ending paragraph just for this!! Couple have people have tole me they want to read it because it ends "and die together". Well, it's not altogether very thrilling i can tell you, was written just to spark a bit of attention due to the pic being a little dull!!

haha, another one when i have left this till very last minute, dashing about trying to make this damn flag wasn't very easy. Was quite hilarious in the end. My brother just said "how bout you make a flag" so I'm there drawing it out, and he's trying to make me go over the lines.... meanie!!

I quite like this one. Also didn't turn out *quite* as I planned, but it didn't turn out too badly for it. The locket under scrutiny was just the best thing i could find to use.

I like 113. DOF is very good. Did you deliberately focus on gold :).

I wonder if 121 would work better with the locket in focus?

I did some with it focused on the locket, but it distracts from the whole point of the photo, the magnifying glass was more the subject. Does that make sence?

Todays pic...

I don't know how I came up with the idea. But I think it works quite well. I scouted my shed and picked the most different looking pigs to each other I could. This means they don't live together, so only one in 10 shots was any good because they just wouldn't sit still for purring and generally being naughty boys!! (I wouldn't dare have used a sow in with the boars!!). I do realise i have two chocolate coloured ones in there, but ones self and ones a (pet) dal, can you forgive me? :P

This was surprisingly easy actually, but rather cool don't you think?? Another self portrait I'm afraid! The idea being that the two people (both me's LOL) had split and become independant in the mirror? but are still the same person

Wow this is the first time finding your thread and theres so many good pictures, the macro ones look really professional!

Hope you dont mind me listing my favourites : 10, 17. 28, 34, 42, 56, 82, 86, 94, 107, 112, 119 and 124

Really like the idea of work association too, bet it makes your job 10 times harder though!

LOL...good shots, had a bit of a catch up! Nice shower head.....I would never have thought to take a shot like that! Inspiration was a bit lacking yesterday as I had a fish incident that took my time...but looking very good so far!
 
my lack of inspiration is probably why i thought a theme was such a good plan, however really wish i could just take a pic of anything now... ah well, not giving up after this long!!

yesterdays... I thought that a hat and scarf were in co-ordination with the weather? My brothers keeping warm stuff for the shrewsbury football matches :D

ta michelle, was a doddle of composition, was the only way i could iliminate a pants BG!!

todays.... and my god did it take ages. I was determind to do the playing card thing, but nowhere in this house is there a surface with a decent background on it. So I used my dad's computer chair, and blew out the background in editing :) I took loads in the end which i liked, but this was my fave I think!

Martha, I am thinking of doing a 365 myself so was looking through other peoples for inspiration and stumbled across yours. I am amazed that someone 18 years old can produce such stunning photos and be so creative. Your ideas are fantastic. Keep it up, I'm hooked.

P.S I used to breed and show dutch rabbits!

Cool about the rabbits :) You ever been to the bradford small livestock show held at the end of Jan? I'm off up there this year, staying with a friend in leeds. Never shown there myself, it's too expensive! What made you give it up? (presuming you gave up by the use of "used to")

I'm aware that this one is a bit pants, didn't quite happen how I'd planned it to, but then it never would seeing as the task was difficult enough anyway! I "employed" my brother to try and make a card stack thingi, but he's not brilliant at it... he's good, but nt brilliant. so he got as far as the second layer and it just feel down, which is sorta what i wanted, though was hoping it would be fully constructed then blow on it or flick it or something to knock it down... but this is what i got
