From memory, there were no controls whatever. That isn't acceptable by today's standards, but back in the late 50's/early 60's the standard was very different. We just had a motley collection of very expensive flashbulbs, and just used whichever one had about the right amount of power for the job. And, in the total absence of clever electronics, and without the ability to 'correct' exposure errors PP, we just had to be very good at estimating distances.Cool. How do you control it? It just looks like a Xenon tube and thats it?
