Vincent Peters???

I just recently came across this medium format photographer and was very impressed. I was just curious to see if anybody in this forum could break down his technique further? How much of his work is done in the darkroom vs pre shot lighting? Also sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't sure where to place it. From what I know about him he's not a DR magician, he lights it, he shoots it with the intention that the film will capture the vision he's created.

Tweaking ?.....who knows.
