Daily Vince31 - 366 Challenge (the End is Near)

Day 227 ------- Drab weather out there and its depressing to look at the dull gardens.....bulbs struggling with the cold .........trying to break through and being defeated so I give you NO not another puppy pic but ...............A HINT OF SPRING....................................................

Hi Vince, playing catch up here...

Day 217 - nice shot, great colours and dof spot on

Day 218 - just gorgeous...soooo cute

Day 219 - great shot, really like this, colours spot on and good technique to

Day 220 - nice intense feeling of warmth when I look at it, very nice

Day 221 - again a wonderful dog shot, the processing really works on that shot too.

Day 222 - bloomin' stop it with the cute dog shots ;), I just want to pinch him and give him a big hug

Day 223 - as you said, technically not spot on but still a good shot to get all 4 pups :thumbs:

Day 224 - again a cute shot, maybe just a tad dark in the face for me. Also are you using the on camera flash for you're dog shots or is it a speedlight?

Day 225 - really love the processing on this shot, excellent work matey

Day 226 - again a gorgeous pup shot, great dof

Day 227 - again love the processing on this and great selective colour work too.

Just spent some time catching up with this thread and I must say I'm really enjoying seeing those puppies' progress.

I can't really add much to others comments here, but just to say I like the old/scratched processing you have chosen for some of the mono shots and you really manage to capture the vibrancy of spring with the flowers.

The only nit I have is with the flash reflecting in the eyes of the puppy in "What no escape" - It should be fairly easy to fix in post or just hold a piece of card or something similar in front of the pop up flash to bounce the light off the ceiling or something. Other than that the harsh shadows are minimal and it's a really cute image; one of my favs :)

I like the processing on your daffodil - looks like you carried around a photo to remind you what they looked like in the days when we had seasons other than winter! :D

And.....crocuses! colour, spring, signs of new life.....thank goodness! I was most surprised the other day when I found some as well! :)

Seriously good work here vince..... But I have been thinking how yours is defo the ying to my yang...yours is full of flowers and colors and...SO MANY times you play the cute card...I've lost count...I'm thinking you could go to a Hell's Angels rally and still come out with soppy eyes and wet nose shots ... :clap: !!
