Daily Vince31 - 366 Challenge (the End is Near)

Nice light trail Vince ..... am so intent on trying one of these but have decided when the weather gets slightly better I think :)

Love the macro of the bath crystals :clap:

I saw your light trails and thought the same about flying car and, you know what, I didn't even think anything other than 'that's strange'...then I saw Ferj's reply and had a real 'DUH' moment! :cuckoo::cuckoo::lol: It may not be 'perfect' (your words ;)) but I love some of the aspects such as the little starbursts from the lights and also the fact I can see those buildings in the background - it's different from some of the ones I see and I like it. :)

I also like today's - the circular parts kind of remind me of some of the seaweedy stuff at the beech.
 
Spent an enjoyable 'while' in your thread, earlier. Day 38 - that starling photo - was absolutely cracking.
 
Yesterdays is really nice Vince, good colour and light in a subject I would never think of shooting.

Agree with Toni regards to popping but still really love it.... great idea!!
 
That does look better, Vince. I had a quick play in PS (noticed your edit box was ticked) and simply upped the brightness and it made the word of difference!
 
It's broken on here.. but i can see on Flickr... yes it is better, colours are coming out much better...

Tho i have to say i love the other version with the reflection... that's lovely... was that flash not torch?


Ignore frst bit i can see it here now.... i must be impatient lol

Love the lighting on the shot glasses, light trail is excellent with Chitty Bang Bang coming in to land :lol:

Really like the brighter "cocktail" too

Huuuuge apologies I've not visited your thread before matey :shrug::shrug: but I'm now subscribed so I shall certainly be visiting more often....btw the staple scapers is a really neat little concept....great work :thumbs::thumbs:

Some nice shots there Vince. Really like the staple sky scrapers! Very inventive.

Also agree with the others re making the colours pop. When you have a shot like that with a contrast between low key and colours I think you need to go all out with the colours to really do the contrast justice. So the second version works very well for me.

Like the last 2 Vince but the glass one is just great, but I'm a sucker for colours :D
 
Looks good against the black background and if its artificial you can always go back in a week and shoot it again Vince;)

Nice bit of light painting, like the irridesence (sp?) on the petals
