Although it does say on their site “the official U.K. store for Viltrox”, which is a bold claim if they’re not actually connected.Just so there is no confusion for anyone, there is no U.K Viltrox website.
There is a website owned by a company called AVMPhotos proclaiming itself to be Viltrox U.K but they have no official connection to Viltrox other than being a reseller, same as buying Viltrox equipment from any other third party seller.
While on the face of it because of the domain name and how they market their website it may look like you are buying direct from Viltrox, you are not. Viltrox only have one official website and its the .com version.

Check the distance selling regs as you have the right to inspect the goods so you need to open the box, mounting it on a camera- not sure if ok to do that.I've been looking at their 135 F1.8 Lab for Z mount
I sent the "official store" an email the other day about it and they sent a quick albeit short response.
Thing that puts me off is I can't even test the lens without risking a 15% restock fee if it goes back opened. And it has a 1 year warranty.
Cotswold can do the same lens cheaper with a 3 year warranty, also that is something I'm considering.
Seems the lenses get good reviews.
I read their T&C's which put me off.Check the distance selling regs as you have the right to inspect the goods so you need to open the box, mounting it on a camera- not sure if ok to do that.
Cotswold seem the better choice to me
