Viewing RAW files windows 7

just wondered what people were using to view RAW files in Windows 7 ?

when I open any folders containing RAW files, I cant see the thumbnails and have to use LR to see my files

I think everything is up date but still no thumbnails visible

Any ideas ?

I quite like faststone viewer to view them larger using arrow keys to go forward/back..
