Viewfindr

I have been using it for the last three weeks. I used it initially for my current location and added a couple more and had all the alerts set up for Sunrise,clouds,fog,snow etc.. I was getting regular notifcactions of weather conditions and it seemed quite accurate. I then subscribed to it and really it has been a mess. When adding new locations you have to scroll around the uk map using as a huge box to pinpoint your location it has not been implemented very well. Some of my locations kept getting deleted there was a few server issues with no weather reposrts available and now this morning for the third time all of my locations have now been deleted yet again. Its a promisng app but really needs a few months to mature into something usefuland not just a frsutrating experience.
 
Cheers. I know what you mean about that box. Had a quick look and all the reviews sound good, but prefer off site reviews as they are not filtered
 
Does it do anything that Google Maps and the Met Office site can't?

However nothing beats local knowledge and looking out the window at the end of the day :)
